The collaboration of parents and teachers is vital to the success of our school. The Parent Teacher Fellowship raises funds for the school and provides avenues for parents to make the school an extension of their own homes. After all, our children spend more time with classmates and teachers than with classmates and teachers than with their own families. The PTF is active in events that foster the family atmosphere within the school. Movie nights are a fun outlet for families to fellowship, socialize and pray together. The back to school ice cream social, father/son cook out, father/daughter dance, movie nights and shut ins are highly anticipated events. As a fund raising arm they also organize events like our annual Fun Run, Spirit Week, Chic-fil-a biscuit sales, which consistently raise thousands of dollars for the school. These efforts help to meet the teachers’ classroom needs that are not in the budget. Room moms are an integral part of the PTF. They plan parties for their classrooms throughout the year and serve as liaisons between each homeroom and its parents. Our PTF is divided into two sections; elementary and middle/high school.
